I recently stayed at the Sun&Soul Pop-Up Hotel in Saanen for a weekend trip with my family. The hotel was perfect for us, with so many activities for kids like a dedicated kids' room, ball pool, games, and a ping pong table. The restaurant was really fun too, with colorful lights that my kids loved. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and had an amazing view. The staff were friendly and breakfast was artisan and high quality, with a juice press maker corner to create healthy drinks. Even dinner exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the Thai food as well. The location was also convenient, just 8 minutes away from Gstaad. we had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave!
I do recommend this hotel.

Staff all very friendly and nice. Access to Bergwanderwege immediately from the hotel. Excellent view over Saanen and Gstaad [note: it is located well up the hill and so excellent views, but you would need transport (taxi or bus) to reach it if you are not a walker.

A very nice hotel worth a better grade then the 3 stars it has. Grate personal and the family room we had was super nice.
The only thing would be that if you are there for skiing you need a transport to come to the slopes.

Great value for the money, with basic amenities and large rooms featuring a beautiful view and a spacious balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, and breakfast is included. The hotel is perfect for those interested in skiing, however, it is located up on a hill, so it might be difficult to walk up and down to the train station.
No significant negative aspects to mention.

Everything was perfect - the situation, the staff, the room.
Needs to be able to shut the light out in the room from the outside spotlights at night.

The views are amazing from this hotel, and you are right in the middle of a number of walking paths. There is a nice pool. The hotel is fully equipped for disabled visitors, particularly the blind.
The rooms in the annex wings of the hotel need upgrading. Breakfast is only served until 9.30 everyday. There is a steep walk down to the village of Saanen (about 20 minutes) that will not suit those with mobility problems.

I had an amazing stay at a unique hotel in a charming town near Gstaad. The Sun&Soul Panorama Pop-Up Hotel Solsana was a hidden gem with beautifully renovated rooms offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. The lobby was a fun and eclectic space with various entertainment options like table hockey, pool table, and even funky costumes to try on. The highlight was being able to make my own juice for breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a truly one-of-a-kind experience that you won't find anywhere else.
Although everything about the hotel was great, I do wish they had a working pool and spa. That would have been the perfect addition to make the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's quirky and eclectic decoration was a delightful surprise. Every corner of the hotel had something interesting to explore, from the bar and table hockey to the mini putting room and pool table. As a senior, I especially appreciated the accessibility of the general areas, as they were easy to navigate and had plenty of seating options. It was wonderful to see that the hotel was inclusive and had facilities that catered to guests of all ages.
My only small suggestion would be to have a working pool and spa. It would have been lovely to relax and unwind in a heated pool or enjoy some pampering at a spa.

The location was excellent and the views breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.
All information on the hotel found in the room was in both French and German. Also in braile. There was no information in English. While I can read and speak French my friend traveling with me only reads and speaks English, so if she had travelled on her own it would have been very difficult for her.

The location and views are amazing. From bedrooms and from the terrace in front of the hotel there are sensational views of Gstaad and Sannen below and mountains all around.
The hotel lokks as if it is a luxury hotel from the outside, and the setting is in-keeping with such an hotel, but the interior of the hotel is more institutional than I imagined. Its ideal for disabled or blind guests.
